We welcome your pets to Valley of the Giants Cottage

We know dogs and other pets are part of the family and sometimes they need holidays too. They are welcome to come and stay with you at the holiday cottage.

We have 500 acres - this includes over 240 acres of Karri forest also the Bow River running through the property. You are welcome to walk your dogs or ride your horses. On these 500 acres we run beef. If you are a novice to farming then I will tell you the golden rule, always leave gates the way you found them.  For all you keen horse riders there is the new heritage horse trail just 10km down the highway that goes all the way to Denmark which is 42km from the Bow Bridge. We also have two excellent horse and dog friendly beaches within 15kms of the Cottage.

There is no extra charge when bringing your pet however we do have some fairly common sense rules which apply when you bring your pets.

 Dog Rules

Dogs are strictly not allowed inside the cottage.

Please bring your dogs bedding, litter bags and other requirements.

Dogs are their owner’s responsibility and are to be supervised at all times.

To dispose of dog litter please put in a plastic bag and dispose of it in the bin supplied.

Dogs are not allowed to chase, harm or otherwise disturb stock, wildlife.

Dogs are to be on a leash at all times around the stock.

Dogs must be on a chain when left home alone.

 Horses

At no extra charge we supply an area the size of a domestic house block directly in front of the cottage for horses.

We supply a compost bin for you to put their droppings in.

Please enquire when making the booking if you need more acreage - we may be able to assist.
